Draft time is right around the corner

Hi everyone, trying out this new thing Ryan suggested, since Ryan came up with the idea it will probably be extremely mediocre, with some thoughts about the draft coming up in August. Now our bracket winner Dan will be hosting the draft but there is a question of where. As we all know Dan has graciously offered his family lake condo in New York as well as the option of visiting our old stomping grounds of Washington DC. Now let's take a step back and think this over. Would we rather go to a place that is almost devoid of life and has the possibility of people wearing creepy masks walking around and murdering people for fun, or go to a nice highly populated city where as long as you don't threaten to leak Clinton secrets you are unlikely to be murder in your sleep. I don't know about you but having the opportunity to star in my own version of The Strangers is not my idea of a good time but I also watch to many movies so what do I know. Speaking of movies, getting movie pass was the best decision I have made in 2018 no questions asked. Worst decision is probably going to watch a quiet place within the week.

The other thing we have to decide on is what date we are going to have the draft. I know that I have talked to people about dates for this in the past and there are some dates that do not work for some people like Connor who has a wedding scheduled for one weekend, (Dan take note you can get some redeemption after you missed last year for a wedding) and I have plans on the 10th and 11th of August. Also I won't be able to take the Friday before labor day off because the vacation priority is based on seniority but if we had to do it labor day weekend I could just show up Saturday evening. I think currently the best option is August 18th, at least from my perspective but let me know what works for everyone. Actually i don't know what I am doing so there will probably not be comments.

Last thing I want to have a BBQ in June where we set the draft order if I had to guess it would be June 23rd but that's up in the air still. Let me know your thoughts on that as well.
