Recaps for real this year

Welcome back to another year of football and after a year hiatus  recaps are back and here to stay. At least for the first couple of weeks. So everyone buckle in for the wild ride that is the fantasy season.

With the extended season we get a new schedule fun, right.

The new schedule saw the defending Champ Alex facing off against division rival Doug (can you really be a rival if you never win) Doug ran into the buzzsaw that is Tom Brday, Debo Samuel and CeeDee Lamb. Maybe next week your QB and number 1 receiver will combine for more than 10 points.

In a rematch of the worst teams from last year Roger was able to defeat Connor. Could Roger this be the start of Roger making it to the playoffs for the 2nd time ever, probably not, but hey at least he is almost to last seasons win total already. Connor was done in by an injury to the Washington football team QB limiting Scary Terry, and not play AB who lead his team in scoring from the bench.

Chris was able yo pull off an impressive win led by Gronk who throw back the clock and scored 22 points and a last second TD to Robert Woods which put him over the top. Chris, lost two players to the IR through but Mike Williams looks poised to be a weapon in the Chargers offense.

Dan was able to recover from a devastating week 1 Bills loss to put together a roster that defeated Steve, normal king of the division. Dan RBs were dominate as Gordon and Montgomery combined for 38 points. watch out everyone Dan is sitting solo in first place and could possible win his division for the first time. Honestly, that is more likely than Roger making the playoffs. So good luck Dan.

Dan is sitting in first place because Ryan was not able to overcome Rich who was chilling on an island oblivious to the fact games are being played this week. An average week from CMC (20 points) and a big week from Waller and Mahomes was not enough to put him over the combined forces of Prescott and Hill. Despite only getting 1 point from Aaron Jones in the dysfunction Green Bay offense Rich was able to shut the door on Ryan's dream of a perfect season.

In the final matchup of the week Brendan and his liberal nonsense of building infrastructure, which some Senators are making it their mission to never pass went down faster than Joe Manchin's daughter comes up with plans to increase profits of EpiPen. It was a fast start for Brendan as Cooper put up 27 points in the thursday night game, but Stafford sealed the deal early in the Sunday night game as the Chicago D forgot there is a QB that can throw the ball more than 20 yards in LA now. The Commish is going to need better production from Jones and Barkley if he want to find his way to another championship this year and get the title back from the false king Alex.

An exciting week 1 is in the books and look forward to next week better recap when I am not rushing because I want to watch the best Pirates of the Caribbean movie tonight before I go to sleep.
